Dr. Jillian Ogrady, Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Jillian Ogrady was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. She attended the University of Saskatchewan, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. She then went to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she received a post-graduate degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. In her final year of training as a chiropractor, Dr. Ogrady wrote an article that was published in the Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association. She has also received training in Clinical Acupuncture, which she uses in her clinical practice.
Dr. Ogrady has always been active in sports, which originally created the passion for Kinesiology. While growing up, she focused on basketball. She played in two leagues, Regina Community Basketball Association (RCBA) and Intercollegiate Basketball, where she played for the Campbell Collegiate girl’s basketball team. She was also a member of the Regina Optimist Dolphins swim team and the Regina Rowing Club. She has played piano since she was a child and completed her grade 8 with Royal Conservatory of Music. She is currently continuing her interest in basketball, as she is coaching a girl’s RCBA basketball team.
She has remained an active individual and enjoys playing the occasional basketball game, yoga and running. She continues an extensive personal fitness regime and she continues to play the piano for enjoyment.
